All conference registration fees in the table are for CCS Members. Non-member registration fees = membership + member registration for each category. e.g., full-time faculty non-member (early) registration fees are $355. Banquet tickets are the same price for members and non-members.

Late fees apply starting on April 1, 2026, two weeks before the conference start date.

This category applies to faculty at undergraduate-only institutions.

The 'professional' category comprises all non-academic members. This includes, but is not limited to, animal care staff (husbandry staff, vet techs, zookeepers and aquarists, care staff in shelters or sanctuaries), research staff (research scientists, lab managers, research assistants or techs, data analysts), training or behavior staff (animal trainers, applied behaviorists), administrative staff (grant administrators, IACUC staff), science communicators (authors, journalists, K-12 educators, museum educators), veterinarians, consultants, animal-related business owners, biotech professionals, or other interested community members.

These categories are for CO3 attendees from developing nations, which includes all countries EXCEPT: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and US.

Patron memberships are a way to donate to CCS from your grant. Patrons pay the conference registration and banquet fees of their category (normally Full-time or Retired faculty), and are listed in the program (unless they don’t want to be).

Lifetime members pay the conference registration and banquet fees of their category (normally Full-time or Retired faculty), but never have to pay membership fees again!
