Call for Presentations
Proposals for 10 minute talks are invited:
Faculty, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students are welcome to submit proposals. A goal of this meeting is to increase participation in the annual meeting of the Psychonomic Society by those in comparative cognition and learning. If you are eligible to give a spoken presentation at Psychonomics, we encourage you to do so (and you are welcome to submit a second talk for the CCS Fall Meeting). If you are eligible to present a poster at Psychonomics, we encourage you to do so (and describe your work in a spoken presentation at the CCS Fall Meeting).

Submission Deadline – June 1 (Note: Psychonomic submission deadline is also June 1)
Note to Presenters:
Presenters should note that 10 minutes are allotted from the beginning of each talk to beginning of the next talk - thus, talks should be prepared to be no more than 8 minutes in duration, leaving at least two minutes for questions and transition. We will be collecting PowerPoint presentations so they can be placed on the conference computer in advance. This will greatly increase the efficiency of the talk-to-talk transitions and so we encourage everyone to send her or his talk in advance if at all possible. Please send your ppt/pptx file to CCSfall@gmail.com by MIDNIGHT the evening of MONDAY NOV 16. Remember that video and audio file must usually be sent separately. Please indicate whether your presentation was prepared on a MS-Windows or Mac machine (we will be using a Windows XP machine running PowerPoint 2007 as the conference machine and will check presentations prepared on a Mac to be sure they run). It will be possible to use your own machine for your presentation but we encourage everyone to send their presentation and use the conference machine if possible. As always, be sure to bring a backup of your presentation.... just in case.
